We're on the hunt for an ambitious Key Account Manager to join our Foodservice National Distributor' team, spearheading the growth of iconic brands like Flora, Violife, and Elmlea within Bidfood & Brakes. About the Position: In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our presence in the foodservice sector, particularly with large National Distributors such as Bidfood & Brakes. Your mission will be to leverage the technical, category, and culinary expertise behind our market-leading brands to increase penetration and drive significant business growth. Main Responsibilities: Build and execute commercial proposals to support maximum growth and profitability, using complex sales models, investment structures and rebates. Support the Account Controller in developing & managing a contact plan with customer sales teams, both at national and regional levels. Attendance at customer sales team meetings, customer depots and end user meetings, sometimes alongside customer National Account Managers Represent Upfield at national and regional trade shows Work cross-functionally with marketing, technical and culinary to develop compelling selling stories across the Upfield portfolio. Use external sales out data to track performance and identify white space opportunities within Bidfood and Brakes. What It Takes: A robust understanding of the UK/I foodservice industry including Bidfood & Brakes Demonstrated commercial and sales expertise, with a track record of building strong proposals and negotiating effectively. The ability to work autonomously, driven by a high level of accountability and a challenger mindset to make decisions quickly and operate with pace.
