We are looking for an Assistant to join our financial outsourcing reporting team in Milton Keynes. Working as a member of the outsourcing team, the role will be a varied mixture of duties on various clients, and you will be responsible for providing a high-quality outsourced service to our clients on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
* Processing of purchase invoices and matching to purchase orders
* Assisting with reconciliation of bank accounts and clearing/matching of payments in the system
* Resolving internal and external queries relating to invoices and bank reconciliations
* Assisting in the preparation of month end journals, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets etc
* Liaising with clients in a professional manner and dealing quickly and effectively with client queries to add value wherever possible (technical, problem solving)

* A good general standard of education including English and Mathematics GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above
* Knowledge of accounts payable and receivables process
* Confident telephone and email manner
* Effective organisational skills and attention to detail
* Working knowledge and experience of working with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
