Location: Kennington, Lambeth - Inner London
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am–15:30pm
Salary: £500–£600 per week
Start Date: September 2025

Who We’re Looking For
To thrive as a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you must have:
* A degree in Early Years, Childhood Studies, Education, or another relevant subject (essential under new EYFS legislation)
* A genuine passion for supporting young children in their learning and development
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build nurturing relationships
* An empathetic, caring and resilient nature
* An interest in progressing into teacher training or Early Years specialism in the future
* Some experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support the learning and development of children in Nursery and Reception
* Deliver 1:1 and small group support in areas such as phonics, early writing and numeracy
* Provide empathetic care and help children build confidence and independence
* Prepare engaging resources and assist with creative, play-based learning activities
* Support with classroom routines, organisation, and behaviour management
