Motor Vehicle Technician needed in Huddersfield
1. Basic starting Salary of up to £36,000.
2. OTE of up to £41,940.
3. Hours: Monday to Friday (42.5 hours) / 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
4. Overtime available at time and a half.
5. Work with a great client of ours in a varied vole.
6. The successful Vehicle Technician will need to have a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance, or City and Guilds equivalent.
7. Access to industry leading training from the offset and throughout.
8. A new model, fully equipped support vehicle provided.
9. Opportunity to work for one of the UK’s largest B2B light commercial vehicle providers.
Our client, a nationally renowned commercial vehicle specialist, is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their team in Huddersfield. Applications are welcome from technicians with at least a Level 2 qualification- we do encourage applications from any skill levels however!
What will the successful Vehicle Technician do?
10. Deliver maintenance, servicing, and repair work on the move - combination of Vans, LCV's and Cars.
11. Utilise their technical knowledge.
12. Adhere to both manufacturer & health and safety guidelines.
13. Ensure customer vehicles get back on the road where they belong as quickly as possible.
14. Deliver exceptional customer service.
The successful Vehicle Technician will have:
15. Successfully completed their Level 2 certification.
16. An ability to work to a high standard.
17. The ability to work well in a team.
18. A desire to develop their knowledge and skills.
19. An awareness of the importance of Health and Safety compliance.
20. Own set of tools.
21. MOT License desirable.
22. Full UK Drivers License.
The successful Vehicle Technician will get:
