We are seeking experienced Grounds Maintenance staff to join our Schools and Parish Council team as a supervisor. The successful candidate may have previous supervisory experience or may be ready for their first supervisory post. The role involves supervision of at least 1 member of staff, weed spraying, grass cutting, shrub and bed maintenance, hedge cutting and leaf clearance. The role will be Newbury based. A full clean driving licence is essential. What kind of people would this role appeal to?
