Retail Assistant Manager – Holt, Norfolk
Salary: £12.25 per hour
Hours: 6 hours per week over 1 day (Sunday). May be required to work at another shop nearby; role may include covering days off and holidays, including weekends. There is potential to accrue more working hours by working at other Break charity shops within the area.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide great customer service to maximise the shop’s income.
* Source and merchandise stock with a good eye for presentation.
* Assist in managing a team of volunteers and staff, demonstrating leadership and a clear understanding of a retail environment.
* Handle cash accurately and maintain shop security and standards.

* Strong people skills and ability to work in a busy environment.
* Experience or ability to lead a team of volunteers and staff.
