Main duties of the job The post holder will be responsible for the day to day co-ordination of repeat prescription service for HIV patients, in conjunction with the HIV clinical support Technician and HIV Specialist Pharmacist.The post holder will carry out pharmacy top up service of stock medicines within the service and ensure good communication between patients and the multi disciplinary team The post holder will be expected to maintain patient confidentiality, as all patient information is strictly confidential and information may only be shared with minimum number of designated staff.
