Duties as English Teacher
* Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Assess, track, and report on pupil progress in line with school policies
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
* Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning
* Participate in school events, meetings, and CPD opportunities
* Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and promote pupil wellbeing
Ideal English Teacher
* Holds QTS and has experience teaching English at secondary level
* Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management
* Is committed to raising achievement and supporting all learners
* Works well as part of a team and contributes to whole-school initiatives
* Has excellent communication and organisational skills as an English Teacher
* Is passionate about English and inspiring young people
