Location: Chester (5 days in the office for first 3 months then potential to work from home 1 day a week)

What you'll be doing day-to-day:
* Winning new business through creative sales approaches – think cold calls, client meetings, networking events, and more.
* Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver a world-class recruitment service.
* Sourcing amazing candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals – and matching them to their dream roles.
* Marketing candidates proactively to open doors and create opportunities.
* Managing the full recruitment process from interviews to compliance, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
