An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Success Manager to join a leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 ISV specialising in CRM data quality and optimisation. With over 30 years of innovation behind them, this organisation empowers businesses to build a trusted Single Customer View and unlock real CRM value through better data.
Role Overview:
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and continuous optimisation of their D365 Sales environments. This is a hybrid role based in Hampshire, ideal for someone who thrives on enabling success and making data meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead customer onboarding using structured 30/60/90-day plans
* Deliver impactful training and product demos
* Track and improve customer adoption and CRM data quality
* Offer consultative insights using the 4Cs: Capture, Cleanse, Consolidate, Compress
* Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to customer growth journeys
What You’ll Bring:
* Strong communication skills with a knack for translating technical into practical
* Understanding of CRM systems (ideally Dynamics 365 Sales)
* Analytical mindset and a proactive, customer-first approach
* Experience in SaaS, Customer Success, or CRM consultancy is a plus
Plus points for knowledge of data governance, Power Platform, and AI readiness initiatives.
