An experienced Domestic Property Adjuster is required to join a reputable and long-established Insurance Provider who are market-leading, fast-paced, and innovative with a real passion about Customer Care.
* You will join their specialist Property Adjusting team who offer a dedicated service to help customers throughout the lifecycle of their claim.
* You will carry out site visits throughout the North East region assessing Property Damage claims up to £100,000, covering all peril related losses., Carry out site visits to policyholders properties to assess damage and produce schedule of work utilising Symbility to settle claims
* Manage domestic property claims up to £100,000
* Proactively manage your own caseload of claims from start to finish
* Build relationships with Surveyors/internal stakeholders
* Identify potential recoveries/internal stakeholders
* Make decisions to mitigate losses and prevent secondary damage
Previous/current experience managing your own caseload of Domestic Property Claims in a technical environment
* Field Adjusting experience visiting policyholders' home to assess/validate damage
* Scopes experience using Symbility or similar tools
* Knowledge of validating schedule of works
* Excellent IT/systems experience - Microsoft
* CII/CILA qualification preferred but not essential
* Full clean driving licence
Salary up to £45,000 per annum
* Car allowance £600 per month
