We are looking for a talented and design-driven Kitchen & Interior Designer to join our growing Midlands showroom. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about interiors, confident working with high-end clients, and motivated to deliver outstanding design from concept to completion.
About the Role
As a Kitchen & Interior Designer, you will manage the full design journey — from initial consultation and concept development through to final specification and handover. You will work closely with clients, the showroom team, and project management to ensure every project reflects the Wilson Fink standard of excellence.
You will play a key role in translating client briefs into thoughtful, functional, and beautifully presented designs, while contributing to the creative and commercial success of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Design luxury kitchens and interior spaces tailored to individual client briefs
Conduct in-depth client consultations and build strong, lasting relationships
Produce detailed layouts, elevations, and specifications
Prepare and present design proposals with confidence and clarity
Manage projects from concept through to order and installation
Work collaboratively with the showroom manager, sales, and project teams
Ensure designs align with brand standards, budgets, and timelines
Keep up to date with new products, trends, and supplier ranges
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in kitchen or interior design, ideally within a luxury or premium environment
Strong design flair with excellent space planning and attention to detail
Confident, professional client-facing communication skills
Proficiency in relevant design software (Compusoft Winner preferred, but not essential)
Commercial awareness and the ability to design to brief and budget
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
A genuine passion for interiors, design, and luxury brands
