My client is looking for a Senior Property litigation Associate or Partner to join their Legal 500 firm based in central London.
This opportunity suits both a Partner who is potentially looking to head up a property litigation team and join the existing Partners, or a Senior Associate who is looking for a clear path of progression to Partner.

About the team:
The real estate litigation team advises owners, occupiers, property managers, and secured lenders on effective strategies to safeguard and assert their interests across all asset classes, including residential, retail, office, industrial, hotel, restaurant, and pub properties.
They have a close collaboration with the transactional team, they work alongside clients and their professional advisers to deliver strategic guidance on acquisitions and long-term portfolio management, including multi-tenanted assets such as shopping centres, office and industrial developments, and residential estates.
Essential Experience:
* Excellent academics
* Admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales
* Strong background in Property Litigation
* Experience in commercial and residential disputes
* Be of at least 7 years PQE.
