Overview
Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.
We are looking for a talented individual to join our Housing Services Directorate and support our Housing Services Director and the wider Housing Services team, providing them with exceptional EA/Secretarial support and playing a key role in ensuring the department runs as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Responsibilities
* Manage diaries, organise meetings and produce formal reports and presentations.
* Liaise with team members, internal departments and external bodies on a variety of administrative matters.
* Provide administrative support to the Housing Services Director and the wider Housing Services team.
Qualifications
* Proven administrative, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant background in a busy office environment.
* First-class organisational and communication skills, along with excellent IT skills and experience of diary management, meeting organisation and accurate minute-taking.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and work effectively as part of a team.
