Full time: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of Bumblebee and provide our customers with exceptional service from first contact. You will also assist across departments to help facilitate a smooth and effective service.
This role will suit someone with a positive and outgoing personality who loves to give the best customer service they can, every time. A keen eye for detail and a calm approach to a busy and fast-paced environment will be essential for the successful candidate.
Day-to-day duties
* Responding to email and telephone queries in a timely manner
* Assisting with customer complaints
* Managing ticket assignment within our CRM system
* Responding to customer and internal sales enquiries regarding order and stock status updates, including promptly issuing any test certificates
* Liaising with other internal departments including Logistics and Sales to ensure timely order flow management
* Managing daily inbound calls and diverting where required
