What You'll Do
* Act as the end-to-end account owner, selling software licenses and cloud subscriptions and building a trusted customer relationship.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sustainable growth and meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Understand each customer’s technology landscape, strategic goals, and competitive environment.
* Maintain pipeline management to ensure a healthy, advancing sales funnel.
* Leverage SAP resources (marketing, inside sales, partners) to drive demand and manage opportunities.
* Utilize SAP’s portfolio, including industry-specific and LoB solutions, to address customer needs.
* Conduct white space analysis to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful sales outcomes using the OneSAP approach.
* Stay informed about SAP’s competition and position SAP solutions effectively.
* Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in CRM systems.
What You Bring
* 10+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions.
* Proven success in business application software sales and leading team-selling environments.
* Experience handling large transactions and long sales campaigns in fast-paced, competitive markets.
* Strong negotiation skills with experience in renewals, expansions, and upsells of subscription-based solutions.
* Fluent in Business English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
