Job Description
3. Prepare and manage software quotations for new and existing customers.
4. Draft, review, and issue licence agreements and contract addenda.
5. Coordinate the distribution of software products and access credentials.
6. Support customers with download, installation, and security‑related queries.
7. Create and process sales invoices in line with internal controls.
8. Handle documentation requests and support KYC or compliance processes.
9. Communicate with customers to guide them through procurement steps.
10. Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams.
11. Assist with bid and tender documentation as needed.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be a detail‑oriented, organised, and proactive individual who is confident handling documentation, processes, and client communication. They will be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and keen to take ownership as their experience grows.They will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a natural customer‑service mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both colleagues and clients. Accuracy, reliability, and a willingness to learn by doing are key, along with solid competence using standard business software and managing multiple workstreams at once.They will have:
12. A university degree (2:1 or above), ideally in law, or another related field
13. Good school results in both Maths and English
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
15. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
16. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
17. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
18. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
19. A collaborative, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in helping clients and colleagues succeed
