Key Purposes of this post: Implement the whole school behaviour policy, through participation in the on-call system and supervision of students. Covering lessons either on a day-to-day basis or covering a longer-term absence Run interventions session with identified students requiring extra support and/or guidance Promote student welfare through supporting the Heads of Year. To liaise with students, parents, and colleagues across the school as appropriate. Meet the professional standards of Wood Green School Pay scale: Grade 7. FTE £28,163 - £30,060 Actual salary £24,723 to £26,411 Hours: 37.5 hours per week (39 weeks), term time only.
