About Ferrovial Construction UK&I: Ferrovial Construction is the UK-based arm of the Ferrovial Group, operating in 15 countries with over 60 years of experience. We focus on sustainable and innovative transport infrastructure projects, aiming to deliver complex projects and create value for society.
We offer a 3-year graduate development program designed to develop personal, professional, and technical skills, with opportunities for international mobility and chartered status support.
The role (site based): Assisting with day-to-day activities on major UK infrastructure projects, working under supervision, and contributing to health, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in coordinating team activities to ensure project completion on time and budget.
2. Work with procurement to ensure financial compliance.
3. Support health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
4. Assist project management in team management, resourcing, and performance.
5. Promote Ferrovial Construction UK values and take ownership of assigned work.
6. Adhere to safety regulations on site.
Skills and Competence:
* Excellent communication skills and command of English.
* Engineering degree (all disciplines considered).
* Motivated, analytical, team-oriented, and proactive.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Interpersonal Skills:
* Highly motivated, logical, resilient, results-driven, and independent.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, engineering experience, CSCS Card.
Essential:
* Right to work in the UK for the duration of the program.
