Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Are you an organised and professional individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Our client is looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team, supporting the smooth day to day running of operations while acting as the first point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
* Welcome clients and visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression.
* Handle incoming enquiries both in person and over the telephone with confidence and professionalism.
* Provide administrative support to colleagues across the business.
* Manage incoming and outgoing post efficiently.
* Maintain accurate archiving systems and records.
* Carry out a range of administrative tasks to support office operations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience within a receptionist, administrative or customer facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
* Proactive and positive attitude with a flexible approach to work.
* High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
* A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
