We’re supporting a respected and expanding insurance brokerage who are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to join their team in Bickley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled insurance professional to take on a senior role within a growing business, providing high-quality service to a diverse portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of commercial policies, ranging from small liability risks to larger, more complex accounts.
* Provide dedicated, high-quality service to clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
* Work closely with Account Executives and the Broking Director to support new business and renewals.
* Handle all associated administration, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and third parties.
* Uphold compliance and quality standards across all client interactions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience within commercial insurance
* Strong client-facing skills with confidence in meetings and calls.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and insurers.
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* A collaborative and supportive team player.
