About the role
At NEXT we are dynamic and constantly evolving. To support our growth, we are looking for a Reward Partner to join our Head Office team in Leicestershire. This is a pivotal role where you will use data‑driven insights to shape our compensation and benefits strategy during a period of significant legislative change. As a knowledgeable expert on our team, you will lead the way in ensuring our pay frameworks are market‑competitive, fair, and fully compliant with the latest regulations.
Reporting to the HR Data Manager, you will be a key leader within the Head Office HR team. You will drive the development and analytical evaluation of our reward strategy across all Head Office business areas. This is a hybrid position working 2–3 days per week from Head Office.
Your impact will include
* Strategic Leadership: Mentoring the Reward Analyst and acting as a senior point of contact for HR and Recruitment teams on complex compensation cases.
* Market Intelligence: Leading our annual pay benchmarking programme and applying 2026 market trends to ensure we remain a competitive employer.
* Equity: Leading the data analysis for Gender Pay Gap reporting and ensuring our job architecture complies with Pay Transparency standards.
* Innovation: Moving our benchmarking from manual tasks to automated, system‑led solutions to help the business work smarter.
* Collaboration: Building strong partnerships with Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to ensure a seamless reward cycle.
About you
* Expertise: You have a proven track record in a reward or compensation role within a large, complex organisation.
* Technical Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and pay transparency regulations.
* Analytical Skills: You are an expert at translating complex datasets into clear, professional summaries that support informed decision‑making.
* Integrity: You are honest, take responsibility for doing the right thing, and handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
* Team Mindset: You are a proactive team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and never stands still.
