We are seeking an experienced and motivated administrator tojoin our friendly and busy primary care team to work 21 hours over 3 days.
We are looking for a reliable individual with strongattention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to workboth independently and as part of a team. Experience in a primary care settingis advantageous but not essential, as is knowledge of EMIS Web and Outlook.

Job responsibilities
Sorting, scanning, distribution and processing of incomingpost according to agreed protocols.
Ensuring that Docman is filed and if necessary redistributedto ensure timely action.
Checking and processing administrative tasks (PNs) in atimely manner.
Checking and processing all emails accurately according toagreed protocols.
Daily administration and coding of incoming OOH / UCC andNHS 111 reports in Document Management in EMIS web and reallocating asappropriate.
Processing of Electronic referrals
Daily administration of GP2GP, dealing with Allergydegrades. Medicines / Event degrades are currently automated.
Snomed coding of medical information / data into thepractice clinical system accurately.
Management of Registration Workflow including administrationof patient amendments / deductions via the GP Links, return of medical recordsto the PCSE and resolving duplicates. Processing new patient registrations whennecessary.
Accurate receipt and processing of incoming paper records.Liaising with PCSE as required.
Dealing with all requests for medical records from patients,solicitors, third parties and subject access requests as per practice protocol.
You will be required to undertake all other duties that maybe reasonably asked of you.
