Your new role
Work collaboratively within the Safer Estates Team to implement and uphold Torus’s policies on Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), Harassment, Hate Crime, and other tenancy breaches across the housing portfolio.
Safer Estates Enforcement Officers are responsible for managingplex and persistent cases of ASB and tenancy breaches, particularly where early interventions have been unsuccessful and legal enforcement is required. This includes urgent legal action to safeguard individuals andmunities from the impact of nuisance behaviour.
Provide expert support to Neighbourhood Teams through case advice, effective case management, and accurate evidence gathering. Identify and escalate cases that warrant legal intervention in line with tenancy enforcement procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
GCSE level education, or equivalent, or demonstrable experience
CIH level 3 qualification, or willingness toplete
DBS
Full UK Driving License
Experience in a similar ASB role
Experience taking witness statements
Experience representing in court
