You will be joining a highly regarded Music business as their Office Manager & Executive Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. Part of a close-knit, supportive and high-performing team, you will report directly into the Group Financial Controller. This role will be based in their very modern Central London office 3-4 days a week, with the chance to work from home for the remaining days.
Role Responsibilities
The Office Manager plays a central role within this company, ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of the office and supporting the wider operational infrastructure of the business. The mission of the role is to create a well-run, organised, and enabling environment that allows leadership and the wider team to focus on delivering outstanding creative work. The role is weighted approximately 70% office & operations management and 30% as an executive assistance to the CEO. This is a high-ownership role designed for a proactive operator who thrives on building structure, anticipating needs, and continuously improving how things work. In this role, you will own and continuously improve office policies, documentation, shared drives and operational systems so they remain organised and accessible. You will act as the primary point of resolution for operational issues, ensuring problems are solved quickly and do not disrupt the team productivity. You will coordinate IT infrastructure in partnership with the outsourced IT providers, ensuring systems are reliable and fit for purpose. You will provide proactive diary management for the CEO, including prioritsiation and forward planning, coordinate complex internal and external meetings, prepare briefing materials/agendas/support documentation and track follow-ups and actions to ensure commitments are delivered.
Role Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in office management, operations and executive support within a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate the ability to balance operational ownership with high-quality executive assistance, possess strong organisational judgement, be able to prioritise effectively and have an outcome-orientated mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels, be a confident and professional individual with a solution-focused approach. You will be coming from a small or medium sized business.

You will receive an annual salary of up to £50,000 + Benefits, and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
