The Role
Paralegal in the Healthcare Litigation Team working on Defendant clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts. The position offers experience across all aspects of clinical negligence litigation covering a wide range of medical fields. Key duties include obtaining and reviewing medical records; instructing experts and advising clients on liability issues; assisting solicitors with court documents; liaising with witnesses and experts; organising and attending conferences; attending settlement meetings & mediations; and conducting research.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include (but Not Limited To)
* Run your own caseload of pre‑action claims.
* Assist solicitors, associates, and partners with cases in litigation.
* Undertake a wide range of tasks to support the progression of cases.

* A law degree.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work within a team and independently.
* Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
