If so, you might be the perfect fit to support our Senior Business Partner in:
1. Analysing and disseminating performance data to foster an inclusive, council-wide culture of performance and improvement.
2. Developing and implementing innovative approaches to track performance, report progress, and use data to improve the quality of life for our residents and enhance the experience of visitors to our Borough.
3. Identifying, developing and implementing efficient processes for data collation and analysis, including utilising data lakes and warehouses, to maximize resources and time.
4. Supporting the maintenance and use of the Council’s geographical information and mapping systems.

5. A competitive salary starting from £37,035 up to £39,513
6. 27 days annual leave per year rising to 32 with 5 years service (plus bank holidays). Ability to purchase additional leave is also available.
