About the role
We are seeking an experienced Psychotherapist to join our Clinical Teams at Underley Gardens School in Kirkby Lonsdale. You will collaborate to deliver assessments and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs, including autism and communication challenges.
Your role involves implementing holistic therapeutic approaches, conducting assessments, writing reports, and working with the onsite team to develop clinical services, including staff and parent training. Our multidisciplinary team fosters a nurturing environment prioritizing safeguarding and pupil involvement.

Qualifications and Experience
* Recognized qualification, e.g., Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy, registered with the appropriate professional body
* Level 7 qualification or Level 5 with relevant experience
* Ability to produce clear and concise reports
* Registration with BABCP or NCPC, and HCPC if applicable
* Experience working with autistic individuals with complex needs
* Ability to work independently under supervision
* Experience in multi-professional teams
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
