Where: EE Newcastle (BT Customer Contact Centre, Gosforth Park Way, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8ET )\n Full time: Permanent \n Salary: £25,087.00 rising to £25,684.00 after 8 months of being here, plus incentives and bonuses \n Hourly rate: £12.82 per hour rising to £13.12 per hour at 9 months in role \n If so, you have transferrable skills to succeed in a Customer Service Technical role with EE. \n \n You’ll be talking over the phone to customers with all sorts of broadband tech-related queries. You could be helping someone with a simple router question or something that needs a bit more work and ownership, you’ll be there for the customer supporting them all the way.
