KOOSA Kids are a leading provider of holiday club childcare, recruiting a Holiday Club Fast Track Manager Programme for a holiday club in Ashford, Surrey (TW15).
Fast Track Manager Programme
Develop leadership skills and gain essential experience managing groups of children. The programme trains you on the job to become a Holiday Club Site Supervisor, covering KOOSA Kids policies, Ofsted procedures, EYFS, staff management, activity delivery, behaviour management and customer service.
Availability
* Ongoing availability during the school holidays beginning with Christmas (22nd, 23rd, 29th & 30th December) and including February Half Term, Easter, May Half Term and Summer Holidays 2026.
The role
Shadow experienced KOOSA Kids staff and follow the Fast Track Manager Programme to learn all the essential skills required to manage a holiday club.
Training subjects include KOOSA Kids and Ofsted policies, EYFS, staff management, activity delivery, behaviour management, and customer service.
Previous experience leading a team in a holiday club, after‑school club or similar childcare setting and a keen interest in working with children are essential. You will actively and enthusiastically deliver programmed activities to children aged 4‑13, encouraging participation and ensuring a FUN environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist with and learn how to manage day‑to‑day operations of a holiday club.
* Ensure all activities are delivered to KOOSA Kids & Ofsted standards.
* Provide a safe & secure environment for the children in your care.
* Enable children to explore, grow and have FUN!
* Full training provided.
