An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly, professional, and highly organised First Point of Contact Administrator to join a leading residential property team in Shrewsbury. As the first voice customers and clients hear, you'll play a crucial role in delivering excellent service, handling incoming communications, and ensuring enquiries are directed to the right people efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails
* Respond to routine queries and direct complex issues to the appropriate team
* Use mail merges to send general correspondence to residents and clients
* Upload documents to internal systems
* Manage the Shrewsbury office diary by overseeing and coordinating appointments
* Support with drafting communications for clients, contractors, and residents
* Collaborate with other departments to share and obtain key information
* Attend internal meetings and complete required training
* Follow professional guidelines including ARMA and FCA regulations
* Uphold high standards of customer service, professionalism, and team spirit
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Organised, detail-focused, and confident in handling multiple tasks
* Strong customer service approach and a proactive attitude
* Ability to use Microsoft Office and internal software systems
* Previous experience in property, customer service, or administrative support is desirable
