We are actively seeking a Night Porter who will be responsible for the Hotel, the guests and the operation during the night period and to ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members.
Role Responsibility
Lots to do but lots of fun
The Night Porter will be responsible for;
1. The Hotel and its residents during the shift
2. Maintaining and enhancing luxury standards at all times
3. Running and balancing the Night Audit process
4. Night bar and Room Service
5. Running all emergency evacuations and procedures as per the standards
6. Answering any guest queries or questions
7. Security of the property and the guests
8. Answering switchboard
9. Checking guests in and out of the hotel
10. Adhering to all health and safety regulations
11. Maintaining standards of Cleanliness within the hotel
12. Reporting of any maintenance faults
13. Demonstrate good attention to detail
