Roles & Responsibilities
* Proactively contact prospective clients via telephone, email and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
* Research and identify key decision‑makers across target organisations
* Qualify leads and book high‑quality appointments for Business Development Managers
* Maintain accurate records across CRM systems (HubSpot)
* Manage and develop a pipeline of leads through structured, consistent outreach
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a customer‑facing role with an aptitude for sales
* Confident and engaging communicator who builds rapport quickly
* Target‑driven, resilient, self‑motivated with a proactive mindset
* Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working towards KPIs
