We are looking for a barista to join our team at The Grain Kitchen, Roudham
Flexible hours but must be available at weekends.
We are looking for key players that want to be at the forefront of the business.

What do we need you to do?
* Create and serve consistently great coffee and drinks.
* Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers.
* Drive exceptional service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Ensure smooth operations and maintain the highest quality standards.
* Be passionate about coffee, specialty drinks and culinary delights.
* Have excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Be up-to-date with restaurant and hospitality trends and customer preferences.
