Hours – Full-time Monday - Friday

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly by:
Being the go-to expert for customers – handling enquiries, quotes, orders, and offering technical guidance
Managing warranty claims, returns, and customer complaints with a problem-solving mindset
Taking ownership of stock control for both internal operations and field engineers
Using your growing product knowledge to quickly and effectively meet customer needsWhat We’re Looking For
