The Europe Marketing team is seeking a
Campaign Producer
with hands-on marketing shoot production experience to oversee the full lifecycle of campaign content production. You'll manage everything from pre-production and talent coordination to shoots and post-production, ensuring flawless delivery of assets for our TV and movie campaigns across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end production lifecycles for high-impact entertainment marketing campaigns.
* Manage operational aspects including workflows, timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Partner with internal teams (Campaign Development, Creative, Social, Ops) and external vendors to deliver best-in-class marketing assets.
* Oversee talent management during shoots and ensure smooth execution on set.
* Implement processes, tracking systems, and optimizations to drive efficiency, scalability, and timely delivery.
* Support localization and versioning workflows across multiple European markets.
* Balance creative problem-solving with strategic execution to craft marketing experiences that resonate with millions of viewers.
Basic Qualifications
* Proven experience in marketing shoot production (TV, film, or streaming content).
* Strong track record in project management and creative production at an advertising agency, creative agency, or studio/network production company.
* Fluent in video, digital, and static formats, with solid understanding of asset management, production, and delivery fundamentals.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
