Great opportunity to work as a Security Officer for a leading global security and outsourcing group, specialising in outsourcing of business processes in sectors where security and safety risks are considered a strategic threat. We are recruiting for a Security Officer to work in Tenbury Wells. The rate of pay is £12.60 per hour. This is a full-time role working a rotational shift pattern. You will be working on average 5 out 7 days. Shift times from now until February 2026 are - Monday to Thursday 10pm-6am Friday - 7pm-7am Saturday/Sunday - 7pm-7am or 7am-7pm Shift times from February 2026 till June 2026 are - Monday to Friday - 7pm-7am Saturday & Sunday - 7am-7pm PLEASE NOTE - This role is only contracted until June 2026. Please note you must be over the age of 18 to apply for this role Your Time at Work As a Security Officer you will be ensuring the safety of our customers' staff, their buildings and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. Other elements of the role will include: - Greeting staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Ensuring everyone follows the security and safety protocols of the site - Conducting searches when required - Gatehouse duties - Patrolling of the premises - both inside and outside - Dealing with any security incidents on site and completing relevant incident report forms Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. A good IT knowledge is also key. You must be flexible and available to work a rotational shift pattern including days, nights and weekends. It would be a benefit to have some security experience and your SIA licence, however it's not essential, as we provide full SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence training.
