Reporting to the HR Director - Europe, the People Team Assistant is responsible for supporting an effective and efficient operational support across our HR Team in Europe, enabling the department to achieve its operational and strategic objectives. This will include direct support for the HR Director – Europe, as well as project management support, departmental coordination and administration as well as working on cross village initiatives.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:
* Working with HR Directors and HR Business Partners to successfully implement a variety of business value add projects.
* Implementing and maintain project plans, ensuring regular review periods and success criteria's are being met.
* Coordination of large scales training sessions, workshops and meetings related to various projects and initiatives.
* Support HR Director – Europe with diary management and meetings, travel booking and other administration required.
* Work with highly confidential data in line with company policy and GDPR law on data processing and sharing.
