D365 SCM Business Analyst – SCM, FSCM, Supply Chain, Business Analyst, BA, Lean 6 Sigma, Process Improvement, Agile, ERP, D365, Dynamics 365 – UK - Hybrid – Milton Keynes - £60,000
Our end user client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented D365 SCM Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This hybrid role involves maintaining and improving key business systems across their European supply chain.
The position requires working approximately 3 days a week on-site in Milton Keynes, with potential reduction over time. Candidates must be based in the UK and able to work without sponsorship.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Degree-qualified, with a background in supply chain, business, or IT.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Field Service.
* Understanding of supply chain workflows and field service operations.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI and Excel.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in supporting or coordinating projects is a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support and manage key business systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Field Service, and Aeromark.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system functionalities for multi-country European rollouts.
* Identify operational inefficiencies and implement system and process improvements.
* Ensure high data quality and produce insightful reports using Power BI and Excel.
* Maintain system documentation and handle IT requests.
* Provide user training and serve as a liaison between supply chain, IT, and vendors.
Location: UK
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
