Job Title: Assembly Operative
Location: Norwich
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
* Friday: 7:00am – 12:30pm
* Overtime available during the week and weekends
Are you a hands-on person with great attention to detail? We’re looking for Assembly Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with opportunities for training and development.
As an Assembly Operative, you will:
* Assemble, test, and pack high-quality instruments
* Follow instructions and processes to ensure quality and safety
* Work as part of a team in various manufacturing cells
* Take part in training, improvements, and team meetings
What we’re looking for:
* Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
* Ability to follow procedures accurately
* Comfortable using computers for basic tasks
* Team player with a proactive attitude
