We’re pleased to present the opportunity to join Urenco as a Processes and Management Systems Work Stream Lead (2 year Secondment). Based at our Capenhurst site location, you’ll be the lead for delivery of the Processes and Management Systems work stream under the One Capenhurst Programme. This work stream will be responsible for defining and implementing the framework and content for a single Integrated Management System for the Capenhurst Site which achieves the requirements of being fit for purpose to meet regulatory and customer expectations (legislative and ISO accreditations for example) and most importantly is user friendly and supports the workforce in being able to do the right thing through everyone understanding how things are done and who is accountable for what. What will your day look like? • Simplify and standardise the management system and processes applicable to the Capenhurst Site through the delivery and implementation of single Capenhurst management system which is fit for purpose, intuitive and user friendly. • Deliver process and management system solutions that provide Capenhurst with a strong foundation for driving improvement and support to the growth of the Urenco business. • Work as part of the One Capenhurst Transformation Team to share ideas and improve operations, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities for process and procedure improvements to optimise results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements, Company, Regulatory and Customer requirements. • Conduct benchmarking and market research to outline new solutions that will improve current and future processes and management systems capability What do you need to be great at this role? • None specific – expected to be capable of delivering complex portfolios of work and a strong understanding of management systems and processes • Degree or management qualification may be useful, but not essential if equivalent experience and skills can be demonstrated • Stakeholder engagement – able to confidently interact at all levels of the organisation • Proactive – able to act on own initiative • Project Management – qualifications not essential, but ideally will have experience managing programmes of work and/or complex work packages • Experience operating and influencing at every level of the organisation (including lead team and work force), and external stakeholders (including Regulators and certification bodies) What can you expect of us?
