This is an exciting role for a finance professional who enjoys a varied and hands‑on position with broad exposure across financial reporting, business partnering and process improvement. Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in overseeing day‑to‑day finance operations, supporting strategic decision‑making and ensuring strong financial controls are maintained across the business. My client welcomes qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience candidates. This role would suit someone comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with autonomy and responsibility.
Duties include:
* Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
* Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
* Overseeing purchase ledger, sales ledger and payroll activities
* Business partnering with operational teams across the business
* Monitoring cashflow and supporting financial planning
* Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining controls
* Supporting year‑end accounts and audit processes
* Driving improvements to finance systems and reporting processes
