We’re supporting a global enterprise SaaS vendor on the hire of an RVP Sales for Northern Europe. This is a net-new focused leadership role running a team of experienced Enterprise AEs.
What’s required
* Proven track record leading enterprise hunter teams selling large, complex SaaS solutions
* Strong experience selling in a business-led motion, within the Procuretech domain
* Confident, high-energy operator who makes decisions quickly and drives action
* Demonstrated success in partner co-sell environments
* Must have deep knowledge of selling into and running teams based in the Nordics
* Strong coaching, mentoring and performance management capability
* Able to start quickly to allow for handover
* Must have worked for 3 companies or less in the last 10 years
* Based commutable to London
