What You’ll Be Doing Lead & Inspire – Support the Head Chef in running a high-performing kitchen, ensuring smooth service and exceptional food quality. Develop & Train – Help recruit, train, and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a culture of growth and development. Manage Stock & Prep – Oversee food ordering, prep levels, and stock rotation to keep things running efficiently. Maintain High Standards – Champion food safety, compliance, and quality control to deliver consistently top-tier pizzas. Drive Improvement – Work with the Head Chef to refine processes, introduce new ideas, and evolve our menu.
