We are currently seeking a dedicated compassionate and experienced Nurse to work as part of a team of Senior Nurses to lead and work with the In patients clinical team. About the role The IPU Sister will work as part of a dedicated specialist team to deliver excellent high quality care whilst working as the Nurse in charge, leading a team and maintaining quality performance. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the unit in the absence of the Head of In Patient Services, maintaining the highest professional and clinical standards, and ensuring a calm and safe environment for all our in-patients and those who visit. Salary: £31,325 to £39,868 per year Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time Location: On-site at Basildon Hospice/ covering Thurrock Hospice when needed.
