Ensuring effective day-to-day operational delivery, supporting system flow by working closely with internal and external partners and stakeholders, developing new ways of delivering services, and delivering services within a defined financial envelope are all key aspects of the role.
We are looking for a senior operational manager with experience within the NHS in acute and/or community mental health services. The ideal candidate would be someone with the demonstrable ability to think creatively about the future delivery of services in partnership with stakeholders, service users, their carers, and their families. You will have the ability to influence and inspire internal and external stakeholders at all levels, with a strong people focus.
Your solid communication and influencing skills, together with political astuteness and resilience, will ensure you can build positive collaborative relationships within the Trust and in the broader health and social care system.
Continuing positive relationships with our local Acute Trust, Local Authority, and Primary Care Networks, as part of our commitment to the ICS, are key to this role.
