Roles and Responsibilities
* To provide office support to both employees and customers, keeping company data and information updated and interacting with clients to build good relationships.
* Answering phone calls and taking messages where necessary.
* Communicating with clients via emails and building positive relationships with them.
* Preparing and printing documents.
* Filing and photocopying.
* Serving hot beverages to clients as part of a warm and professional service
* Taking payments.
