Job Description
Your new company: It is a leading manufacturing company. They have appointed Hays to recruit an Administrator to join their Compliance team. This is a temporary position, initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension. It is an office-based role with working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 12 noon on Friday.
Your new role: As Administrator, you will work within the compliance team, responsible for preparing all paperwork and documentation related to freight movements, verifying documents in line with procedures and guidelines, updating databases accurately, liaising with internal departments, and providing administrative support across the department.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a busy administration role
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* Organizational skills and attention to detail
