Our studio has a permanent FT opening for a Junior Designer
This is a fast paced, high-volume creative studio that provides crucial support to the wider marketing function and beyond. The primary focus will be on creative art working and designing of collateral across a variety of projects and channels, whilst maintaining regular communication with the studio manager, peers and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
* Produce high quality creative art working for campaigns, product launches, rates changes, maturities and ongoing studio requests
* Work closely with the studio manager to ensure deliverables can be produced on time and adhering to the brand guidelines
* Collaborate closely with senior designers to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence, with a meticulous eye for detail
* Manage multiple design tasks which often have tight deadlines
* Review marketing design trends and changes in technology, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

About you
Thesuccessful candidate will have an excellent eye for detail, good organisational skills and continually raising standards of output.
* Provide a portfolio link on CV or a PDF
* Background in a working design studio, internal function or freelance projects
* Evidence of supporting a team within a large campaign
* Confidence to manage stakeholder expectations
* Good written and verbal skills.
* Experience of managing stakeholder's expectations
* Experience of managing workload
* Experience of supporting pre-work and/or delivery of pitch work to clients
