Teaching Assistant – Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 per annum (depending on experience)
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bradford is seeking a compassionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis from September 2025. This is a full-time role, ideally suited to someone with prior experience supporting children in a classroom environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences and provide one-to-one or small-group support for pupils who require additional help.

The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience working in a school or with children in an educational setting
* Be confident supporting learning across the primary age range
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and a flexible, proactive attitude
* Be committed to the wellbeing, safety and academic progress of all pupils
* Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
